FMF GRUPO EMPRESARIAL · CARACAS, VENEZUELA · SINCE 1992

Over 33 years of building value, progress and opportunities.

A Venezuelan family-founded business group with a corporate outlook, multisector experience and a legacy supporting new opportunities in industrial infrastructure, logistics and investment.

Our business history gives context to a concrete current opportunity: leasing all or part of our industrial property and yards in Maturín, Monagas.

IDENTITY AND PURPOSE

Who we are

FMF Grupo Empresarial was founded in Caracas in June 1992, beginning with FMF Bienes Raíces, C.A. Under founder Fernando Miguel Frías Zambrano, the group expanded from real estate into construction, urban development, mining, highway concessions, infrastructure projects and oilfield-related services.

Over time, the organization pursued initiatives involving industrial materials, transportation, heavy equipment, concrete, tourism, agribusiness and environmental management. Its identity combines diligence, discipline, respect for people and faith in GOD.

The companies and projects described here form part of FMF’s historical record; they should not be interpreted as confirmation that every business unit is currently fully operational.
